By accessing or using ZhaoZhaoYing GEO (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

The Service is a generative engine optimization (“GEO”) workbench for researching keywords, questions, and competitors; generating and optimizing content for AI-powered and generative search engines; and publishing content to connected platforms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or other harmful content;

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and publish your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and AI models. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
